What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, company and project country.
• Your enquiry description.
• Any product or application you select, and any optional working-condition details you provide (material, operation and dimension information).
• The page you submitted from, for attribution.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who it is shared with

• Our sales team, to handle your enquiry.
• Service providers that operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting, the D1 database that stores enquiries, and Turnstile anti-abuse checks), and the email service used to send enquiry notifications.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request. We will state a fixed retention period here once we set one.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@wearresistantpipes.com.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions. If analytics or other third-party services are added, this page will be updated.
